Jason Fauss
Jason assists clients by providing valuation solutions to financial reporting needs, such as ASC 805 purchase price allocations, ASC 350 goodwill impairment analyses and tax needs. He has valued business interests for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as for litigation and general corporate planning purposes. Intangible assets valued have included trade names and trademarks, customer relationships, customer contracts, proprietary and patented technology, IPR&D, software, and noncompetition agreements. His litigation advisory and support projects cover purchase price disputes, damages analyses for expert testimony and solvency analyses. Jason has serviced clients in numerous industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, retail, banking, various manufacturing and service industries, and telecommunications.
