Jason Storbeck
Jason specializes in the valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets for purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment studies, and stock compensation expense for financial reporting and tax purposes. He issues fairness and solvency opinions for corporate boards of directors and senior management. In addition, he provides valuation services in support of tax planning, estate planning, and buy-sell agreements. He has served clients in most major industries with strong experience in technology, industrial and consumer manufacturing.
