Michael is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has more than a decade of experience providing advisory services to public and private clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinoffs, asset sales, and employee stock ownership plan-related transactions. Mr. Schaeffer is also active in the firm’s Transaction Opinion practice, rendering fairness and solvency opinions to companies, boards of directors, special committees, and other constituents.
